Service Description

Included within chosen packages or purchased as a separate follow up consultation. The Follow up consultation is the same principle as the Initial but will last approx 45 minutes. Here we will discuss your progress, your successes , review your health goals and concerns, analyse test results, adjust the plan as appropriate and focus on new goals. In between times I will be researching your case and investigating your health concerns. I will offer you support and encouragement to help you achieve your health goals. Follow Up Consultations occur every 4-6 weeks. Health plans will be revised after each consultation.
